It is designed to facilitate academic practice, interactive examinations, automated evaluations, result generation, and AI-assisted learning. This framework is designed with reference to applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, applicable Information Technology laws and regulations, and relevant international digital governance & security principles.

• Academic & Institutional Data: Class, course name, academic year, and educational details.
• Examination & Operational Data: Unique Examination Attempt IDs, Verification IDs, submitted answers, grades, scores, and active timestamps.
• Technical & Device Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, authentication tokens, cookies, and system log files generated during platform usage.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

2.1 Ownership and Prohibited Actions

Subject to applicable law, third-party licences and rights belonging to other contributors or rights holders, original materials created for or specifically developed for Geo Study Point by or on behalf of the platform may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. 3.2 Examination Integrity & AI Misuse

Students must undertake examinations independently, relying solely on personal knowledge. Such conduct as tampering with timers or session hijacking may result in disqualification.

4. Voluntary Support, Payment & Maintenance

4.1 Voluntary Nature & Open Access

Financial contributions or support offered by users are entirely voluntary (স্বেচ্ছাসেবী) and optional. No student will ever be barred from accessing education due to an inability to contribute financially.

4.2 Strict Separation of Support and Academic Grades

Voluntary support is not a purchase of educational services, marks, examination outcomes or guaranteed platform availability. Financial contributions do not buy grades, grant grace marks, or influence academic evaluations in any manner whatsoever.
